These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the True Pink Dispatch website. Dispatch services provided by True Pink Dispatch are governed by a separate written Dispatch Service Agreement entered into between True Pink Dispatch and the contracted motor carrier. If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed Dispatch Service Agreement, the signed agreement will control with respect to dispatch services.
True Pink Dispatch provides dispatch and administrative support services to contracted motor carriers. Services may include load searching, rate negotiation assistance, broker communication, paperwork support, load coordination, detention follow-up, check-in communication, and other dispatch-related administrative services as described in the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement.
The motor carrier maintains control over its transportation operations, operating authority, equipment, drivers, safety and regulatory compliance. The carrier retains the final decision to accept or reject any load.
True Pink Dispatch is not a motor carrier, freight broker, shipper, or factoring company and does not take possession or control of freight.
Dispatch service fees, payment terms, and any applicable introductory or promotional rates are established in the carrier's signed Dispatch Service Agreement or other applicable written fee schedule.
Fees are charged to the contracted motor carrier for dispatch services performed on the carrier's behalf. Brokers and shippers are not responsible for paying True Pink Dispatch's service fees unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
True Pink Dispatch does not guarantee the availability of loads, specific freight rates, mileage, revenue, profits, or earnings.
Load availability and rates may vary based on market conditions, equipment type, geographic area, carrier preferences, operating authority, broker requirements, and other factors outside the control of True Pink Dispatch.
The carrier retains the final authority to accept or decline any load presented for consideration.
True Pink Dispatch is not responsible for the failure of a broker, shipper, factoring company, or other third party to pay the carrier.
The carrier remains responsible for reviewing broker relationships, payment arrangements, rate confirmations, factoring requirements, and other financial matters associated with its transportation operations.
Carriers are responsible for providing accurate and current information when submitting forms or establishing a dispatch relationship with True Pink Dispatch.
This may include operating authority, USDOT and MC information, insurance information, equipment details, contact information, lane preferences, factoring information, and other information reasonably necessary to provide dispatch services.
Carriers are responsible for notifying True Pink Dispatch when relevant information changes.
